Introduction

At Dignity Behavioral Health Specialist, LLC, we value our Clients’ time and strive to provide quality care in a timely manner. We also recognize that unexpected events can sometimes interfere with scheduled appointments. To ensure fairness and accessibility for all of our Clients, we have established the following missed appointment policy.

Missed Appointments

If a Client misses a scheduled appointment without providing at least 24 hours’ notice, a $100 fee will be charged. This fee is not covered by insurance and will be the Client’s responsibility.

This policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and provide appointment opportunities for other Clients who may be waiting for care.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients who are unable to attend their appointment are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible. If notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance, no fee will apply, and we will gladly assist with rescheduling.

Acknowledgment

By scheduling an appointment with Dignity Behavioral Health Specialist, LLC, Clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this missed appointment policy.
